Hi Charles, I ordered some lilies for mum for Mother's Day and they didn't arrive. I ordered them before your cut off date last week. Did they get sent? Anyway, hope you are all well. Kim. Reply: Toll Priority advise that the order was delivered well before Mother's Day, but for some unexplained reason the tube did not get to your Mum. I am sooo sorry. Another tube was sent today at no expense to you and we will be asking for your Mum to sign for it so we can make sure it really does get to her this time.

Our Mothers' Group wanted to send some flowers to a gorgeous friend in Queensland and I immediately thought of Liliesinatube... I organised them online and, being the dimwit I can be, I managed to mess up our order - but Charles to the rescue! He refunded what needed to be refunded and organised the Lilies to get to our amazing friend. She was so so so pleased to get them and I am (as always!) blown away by the fabulous customer service I received. Absolutely recommend this Albany business - no matter where you live! It was my Mum's birthday, so I decided to send her Liliesinatube. Who did I want to send them to? Mum and her address is ....... Well as they live in a retirement village there are actually about 40 Mums who live there.....so at reception they opened the card...Well it said Happy Birthday Mum...so that left about 15 Mums who could be eligible for these gorgeous flowers....well the flowers were from a Maggie & Becki...so the search continued :-) Now the whole village knows that it was Mum's birthday and that we sent her this really unique gift...@Charles Reynolds I know how to market :-)
